To resolve a person to their name/profile, use people_show instead — this candidate ID is not a person ID.
csr_highlight is Candidate Summary on the Candidate Report (also
labeled Submission Summary in Submit Candidate).
candidate_highlight is Comments on the Candidate Report (the kanban
Highlight/Note) — a separate field.
