Retrieve a single person event (activity log entry: call, email, note, or meeting) by ID.
Phone call recordings appear in documents with download_url / download_url_expires_at (short-lived S3 URL). Prefer that over call_recordings_download.
If schedule_item_id is present, use schedule_items_show for recording_download_url.
