Update a candidate in a job's hiring pipeline.
csr_highlight is Candidate Summary on the Candidate Report (also
labeled Submission Summary in Submit Candidate). highlights is
Comments on the Candidate Report (the kanban Highlight/Note /
candidate_highlight). These are separate fields; setting one does
not change the other. Send an empty string to clear csr_highlight.
