Read a person's resume, CV, or resume attachment as extracted text.
Use this when the recruiter asks about information contained in an attachment, including education, graduation dates, employment history, skills, or certifications.
Call people_show first to obtain the person and resume IDs.
The response reports whether the extracted text was truncated.
Also returns download_url / download_url_expires_at (a short-lived S3 URL for the original file).
Prefer download_url; use resumes_download only when the raw bytes must come through this API.
